Important Information For Using beCalm'd
The Brain Responds To The beCalm'd Ingredients Differently Than To Any Other Natural Supplement That Is Available Today.

1. Don't abruptly stop anything you are doing now,
expecting an overnight miracle (even though this does happen, it's not
common).
2. These nutritional supplements can safely be taken along
with your current prescription medications. Continue taking them until you
begin to see improvement. Then, consider making the decision to lower
the prescription medications gradually until you get to (hopefully) none.
3. Take REGULARLY, (A Key To
Success). Everybody's brain chemistry is different, so think of
time as relative. Most see noticeable results within 7-10 days, some
take longer, some less. Continued improvement is reported as much as a
year (and more) into therapy.
4. Taking on an EMPTY STOMACH
enables a much greater portions to pass into the blood stream, and therefore
the brain. Taken with food, their effectiveness can drop 60% or more!
Take them 15 minutes before, or Two Hours after, eating. (Another Key To
Success).
5. If your child cannot, or will not, take the capsules,
they can be emptied into a small amount of applesauce, gelatin, fresh juice,
etc.
6. Explain the precautions on the label.
Phenylketonuria is a condition that develops in utero in which the baby is not able to metabolize phenylalanine properly. This is checked for at birth and, if present, is treated with dietary restriction. Pregnant women should not use any supplement containing L-phenylalanine due to this concern. Nursing mothers should not use supplemental L-phenylalanine for the same reason.
Monoamine Oxidase Inhibitors (MAOI) are a form of antidepressant medications. The most common are Parnate, Nardil and Marplan. Persons taking these medications should not use supplemental phenylalanine due to the possibility of increased blood pressure.
